2025 was a year of connection and growth at AMS Geek. Over twelve months, we helped associations rethink how technology can support their missions, streamline operations, and improve member experiences. Let’s revisit the highlights that defined every quarter of this busy year.

đź”— Integrations That Transformed Associations

This year we delivered systems integrations that helped associations eliminate manual work and unlock smarter reporting. Here are standout projects from each quarter:

  • Q1: Data Sangria waived setup fees on standard integrations for AMS platforms and marketing tools like Mailchimp and Constant Contact, making seamless connections more accessible for associations.
  • Q2: The Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE) implemented Single Sign-On between Rhythm AMS and Cvent, while syncing non-member registrants into the AMS to unify member journeys.
  • Q3: The Women’s Fiction Writers Association (WFWA) adopted a premium SSO integration between MemberClicks (MC Pro) and Mighty Networks, reducing login friction and improving community engagement.
  • Q4: SQF Institute (SQFI) integrated MatrixMaxx with Path LMS, automating daily learning data syncs and reporting to improve staff workflows and decision-making.

Every integration reinforced the same principle: when your tools communicate effectively, your staff and members both benefit.

📊 Analytics & Modern Dashboards

Associations are no longer satisfied with static reports. They want visibility, insight, and intelligence in real time. Through modern reporting pipelines and visualization tools like Power BI, our clients gained:

  • Real-time engagement metrics
  • Visual dashboards that drive decisions
  • Scalable foundations for future data sources

Whether it is an executive forecasting trends or a staff member tracking member activity, data is now an active asset.

🛡️ Built with Strategy and Security

Smart technology is not just about integrations; it is also about trust and resilience. Strengthening cybersecurity was a core part of our 2025 projects. Associations are handling more member data than ever, and secure systems ensure staff and members can rely on the technology powering their work.

🎤 Out in the Community

2025 was all about connecting and sharing. AMS Geek showed up at major events to talk integrations, dashboards, and smarter member experiences:

  • AMS Fest Chicago and DC: Engaged with AMS professionals on real-world integration solutions.
  • ASAE MMTC Conference: Proud sponsor, supporting conversations around data, marketing technology, and member engagement.
  • ASAE 2025 Annual Meeting: Showcased data-driven workflows and member experience improvements.
  • AI in Action Summit & NetForum User Group: Shared ideas with forward-thinking association leaders and influenced future product roadmaps.

At every event, we weren’t just attendees, we were partners in shaping the future of association tech.

✨ Member Experience Wins

Throughout the year, we also delivered projects that directly improved member interactions:

  • Searchable directories that make it easy for members to find people and resources.
  • Workflow enhancements for leadership applications and engagement processes, improving accessibility and usability.

Integration is not just technical, it is empathetic. It is about thinking from the members’ point of view.

🌟 What This All Means

Looking at 2025 as a whole, a few big truths stand out:

  • Associations are ready to connect systems, not just migrate data.
  • Insights matter more than reports.
  • Security and strategy go hand in hand.
  • Community and collaboration drive innovation.

Thank you to our clients, partners, and the broader association community for a year full of growth, learning, and breakthrough solutions.
