What We Built: A Seamless Integration Between MemberSuite by GrowthZone and On24 (Cvent)

When registration lives in your AMS and delivery lives in your webinar platform, the gap between systems can lead to manual uploads, inconsistent records, and post-event reporting headaches.

So we built a direct integration between MemberSuite by GrowthZone and ON24, now part of Cvent, to close that gap.

With this integration in place, registrations entered in MemberSuite automatically sync to ON24. Your AMS remains the system of record, your webinar platform handles access and delivery, and your team does not have to duplicate effort.

After the event concludes, key engagement data flows back into MemberSuite. Attendance confirmation, time in session, and engagement metrics are written directly to the AMS, giving your team visibility into performance without exporting spreadsheets or reconciling reports.

We also developed a structured setup process within our middleware to securely connect API credentials, define which event types sync, and control how frequently data moves between platforms. The result is an integration that is repeatable, maintainable, and built for real-world association workflows.
