PTNPA Streamlines Event Registration with YourMembership and Cvent

As part of the implementation, the SSO solution was designed to leverage member type information from YourMembership and route users to the appropriate registration path within Cvent. This allows PTNPA to provide a more personalized experience while maintaining consistency across event registrations.

Additionally, separate registration paths can remain available for non-members when needed.

Another benefit of connecting YourMembership and Cvent is reducing manual data entry.

In addition to Single Sign-On, PTNPA also implemented an integration designed to synchronize non-member registration data from Cvent back into YourMembership.
