At AMS Geek, growth has never been about adding noise or chasing trends. It’s about building the right team, doing the work the right way, and helping associations make technology decisions they can live with long term.

That’s why we’re excited to welcome Justin Deragon as our new Director of Growth and Partnerships.

Justin brings decades of experience in association technology, with a career that spans Momentive Software and its predecessor organizations, including Community Brands, Avectra, and Vocus. He’s spent his career helping associations align the right technology to their operational reality, focusing on mission support, sustainability, and outcomes rather than transactional software sales.

In his role, Justin will lead sales strategy and partnership development across AMS Geek and Data Sangria. He’ll work closely with association leaders and software partners to expand AMS integrations, strengthen go-to-market execution, and ensure organizations have thoughtful, long-term technology strategies that support how they actually operate.

“As AMS Geek continues to grow, my role is increasingly focused on vision and long-term direction,” said Founder Ben Muscolino. “That only works when you surround yourself with leaders who know this industry deeply and can execute at a high level. Justin is exactly that kind of leader.”

Justin joins an experienced leadership team that includes Craig Peake, Vice President, and Lance Belluomini, who leads software engineering across both organizations. Together, this team enables AMS Geek to scale responsibly while continuing to deliver high-quality AMS consulting, integrations, and data strategy services.

For AMS Geek, this hire reinforces what has always mattered most: deep association expertise, practical execution, and technology decisions that stand the test of time. We’re excited for what’s ahead and even more excited to have Justin helping lead the way.
